Order Changes & Cancellations
Email support@ranvibes.com within 6 hours of placing your order to request a change or cancellation. Include your order number and the details of your request.

After this window, changes or cancellations may no longer be possible because production may have begun. Requests are assessed based on when your email is received, not when our team responds.

Approved voluntary cancellations may incur a fee of up to 30% of the total order value, limited to reasonable, documented, non-recoverable costs already incurred, where permitted by law. We will explain any deduction before proceeding. No cancellation fee applies where you are legally entitled to a full refund.
